Note: Reservations for A Starry Night Gala & Auction have reached the room capacity at Oakley Country Club. We will be setting up a waiting list in the event that someone cancels. Also, if you have made a reservation and will be unable to attend for any reason, please let Jodi or Mary know so that we can offer the spot to someone else from the waiting list. 

A Starry Night Gala & Auction, Mount Alvernia Academy's largest community and fundraising event, will take place on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the Oakley Country Club in Watertown from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 

Please Note:  Silent bidding will open on Friday, March 31st at 12:00 noon. 

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

6:00 p.m.  Registration Opens

6:00 p.m.  Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres

7:30 p.m.  Welcome & Prayer

7:45 p.m.  Dinner

9:00 p.m.  Silent Auction Closes & Live Auction Begins

10:00 p.m. Auction Ends
