These last 10 months have been like no other.  As many schools struggled last spring to transition to remote learning, MAA had a plan and worked tirelessly to ensure the children of MAA continued to learn and thrive.  Last summer, the faculty and staff worked together to prepare the school for safe in-person and remote learning.  They stretched in unimaginable ways to allow for MAA to open and to remain open.  Our students are learning, socializing and thriving because of their ongoing dedication and commitment. 

Each year during the Starry Night Gala, MAA announces a Special Appeal for a project or cause to benefit the school.  While the Gala in the MAA gymnasium was not possible this year, we held a golf tournament with an auction component in its place, and announced that the Special Appeal will support a MAA Faculty & Staff Fund.  This entire fund will be distributed to all of our faculty and staff and allow us to honor and celebrate them for all have they have done this year and all they do for the MAA community.
